Instinct Trail (instincttrail.com) will strive to deliver your purchase in the most efficient manner possible. Upon check out you will be informed of the calculated shipping cost depending on the delivery method chosen as well as the destination for the delivery. Your order will be delivered to the indicated address that has been communicated to us upon your order transaction.
All French Metropolitan shipments are sent upon your choosing with DPD or Colissimo. For other countries, shipment will take place with DPD or Colissimo International. Delivery time varies from country to country. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may be levied by the shipper or other party at the time of delivery. International order shipping fee does not include custom clearance fees.
Orders received before 15h00 (Paris, France time) will be treated within 24h from Monday to Friday (as long as items are in stock at time of order).
An e-mail with tracking number and shipping information will follow once your order has been shipped.
